We have now opened registration and you should find all the relevant information for both online and in-person attendance there. You will need an EasyChair account for this.

The rates are (in Canadian dollars):

• 600.00: In-person attendance
• 200.00: Online
• 85.00: Student in-person
• 85.00: Student/unwaged
• 200.00: Charles Sturt staff

Please note that if you can pay by credit card, it will be much simpler (see below). You will need to be registered in EasyChair (if you have made a submission this will already be the case); if not, you will be prompted to do so.

In case it is not clear how to go about it, please see below. Exactly what you see will probably vary (eg fewer roles showing).

First steps

When logged in, you should see your ‘roles’ (eg Author). Listed there you should see a statement that registration is currently open and a link to ‘start registration’:

Register yourself

You should arrive at a screen that lets you register yourself, via the top-right corner (shown in red in the graphic below).

Registration gathers the personal data and so on initially. You can pause at this point: payment is a second step.

Payment

You will be offered three possibilities:

• pay online now
• download a payment link
• apply for permission to pay by wire transfer

1. Pay Online Now

This will offer VISA, Mastercard or Maestro (not Amex).

We appreciate that many will wish their institutions to make the payment direct but often require specific invoicing and so on, which is not an option in this case as we are using Easychair to collect the payments. Please see if your institution will work with the ‘download payment link’ option and apply to use wire transfer only if this is not viable. If you do so, please get in touch (j.p.davies@ucl.ac.uk) to work through the logistics.

2. Get a Payment link

This will show you something like this:

This page should only be used if someone else (for example, your organization) is going to pay your registration online by a credit card. If you are going to pay yourself, do not use this page.

You should copy the link below and pass it to payer. For security reason, in addition to the link, the payer will also have to enter the attendee last name, that is YOUR LAST NAME. The link to the registration is

3. Pay by wire transfer

Please get in touch if neither of the first two options will work and we will explore using direct transfer (to EasyChair) but please note that this is not the same as an invoice.
