Please download the schedule here.
There will in effect be two parallel conferences in different timezones:
A hybrid (in person and streamed, via Zoom) conference in Australia, 4-6 July, during local daytime hours (roughly 10-4).
An online-only conference, held during UK local daytime hours, 4-6 July.
The online aspects will be held via the same Zoom link so (subject to stamina) participants registered for either will be able to attend the other.
With the exception of the keynotes that open and close the conference, recordings will not routinely be made of talks and sessions. Participants will be invited to provide materials that can go on this blog for posterity.
Registration
Registration is now LIVE. Please see this registration page for more information. If you wish to attend in person, the closing date for bookings is 16 June (any timezone; we will close it when ‘June 16’ is no longer a current date).
Online bookings will close at the end of June, and the Zoom link sent then to all registered participants. Please do not share the link with others; the conference is entirely funded to cover costs (eg none of the steering group have expenses paid from the registration fees). We have kept the fees as low as is practical.
Please note we will be actively encouraging COVID precautions such as wearing masks (where appropriate), distancing and ventilation throughout the conference.
There is some general information about travel and accommodation on this page.
