Timeline of the process

• August 28th: Opening of the call for proposals. Please submit through the Google Form here.

• October 31st: Closing of the call

• November 1st-December 15th: Review by the current Conference Committee

• January 15th, 2025: Notifications of outcomes

• July 4th, 2025: Announcement of next host at closing of the 2025 conference
