The booking system for attending the conference will open very soon (during March). If you have already booked, you do not need to register again and we will be in touch very shortly about any refund due from the previous price.
We have set two different fees for the conference, £30 full and £10 concessionary fee. The fees will cover our expenses (such as software licences, paid support, professional captioning and similar).
We are essentially trusting you to judge which category you fall into and will not be actively policing this.
Full fee: £30
If you are (almost) full-time/established people, we are asking for £30. If you have an expense account you can claim this back from, we expect you to pay this amount.
Concessionar fee: £10
If you do not have a full-time/established post, or are a full-time student, or are anxious for comparable financial reasons about being able to afford the full rate, please choose the lower rate. We do not wish for anyone to be unable to attend because of hardship or precarious working conditions.
